1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the services we provide.
By using our website or by using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Services Scope
- McLev Cleaning Company will provide general cleaning services, which include dusting, vacuuming, mopping, surface cleaning, and the tidying of designated areas as per customer instructions.
- Our standard services do not include deep or specialty cleaning services such as carpet shampooing, upholstery cleaning, or exterior window cleaning. These services may be available upon request and will incur additional charges if offered.
- Any areas that require special care or specific instructions must be highlighted to our team prior to the commencement of the service.
3. Customer-Supplied Cleaning Products and Equipment
- Customers are responsible for providing all necessary cleaning supplies, including but not limited to cleaning agents, cloths, and vacuum cleaners.
- If any specialized or non-standard cleaning products are required, they must be supplied by the customer. Should McLev Cleaning Company be asked to supply these materials, additional costs may be applied, and prior notice is required.
- It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all provided products are safe for use on the specific surfaces to be cleaned.
4. Pricing and Payment Terms
- Our cleaning service is charged per hour per cleaner. The total cost of the service will be based on the number of hours worked by the cleaning team.
- Payment is due on the same day that services are rendered. Accepted forms of payment include cash or bank transfer. Bank transfer details will be provided upon booking confirmation.
- In the event that payment is not received on the service day, McLev Cleaning Company reserves the right to suspend future services until payment is made in full.
5. Scheduling and Cancellations
- All appointments must be confirmed at least 24 hours in advance.
- Cancellations or rescheduling of services with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a £15 cancellation fee. This fee compensates our team for time reserved and any associated scheduling impacts.
- In the event of a no-show where access to the property is not granted at the scheduled time, the cancellation fee will also apply.
6. Access to Premises
- The customer is responsible for providing access to the premises during the scheduled cleaning times. This may include providing necessary security codes, keys, or the presence of someone to allow entry.
- McLev Cleaning Company will treat all security codes and entry details with strict confidentiality and use them solely for the purpose of accessing the property during the agreed times.
- In cases where access is not provided within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time, the booking may be considered cancelled, and the £15 cancellation fee will apply.
7. Customer Responsibilities
- The customer agrees to provide clear instructions for any specific areas or items that require extra attention or areas to avoid during the cleaning service.
- Customers must ensure that personal items or valuables are safely stored prior to the arrival of the cleaning team.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and up-to-date contact information, including any changes in address or phone numbers.
